At Suzanne Somers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package or use a carrier of your choice to send the return to our processing facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
